Shopping with JM Sunshine
We offer a range of products for pets and their owners.
We aim to provide clear product descriptions, photographs and information to help you choose the right items for your pets.
We do our best to make sure all information on our website is accurate and up to date.
Occasionally, product colours, packaging or small details may vary slightly from the photographs shown. We will always aim to make sure the products you receive match their descriptions.
Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
Your order is accepted when we send you confirmation that it has been dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for any payment already taken for unavailable items.
We reserve the right to decline an order where there is a genuine reason, such as unavailable stock, suspected fraudulent activity or an obvious pricing error.
Prices and payments
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling.
The total cost of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the UK mainland.
Delivery charges and any available free delivery offers will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide.
Although we work hard to get your order to you promptly, occasional delays can happen.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days.

Returns and refunds

If you have changed your mind, you normally have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you would like to cancel.
You will then have another 14 days to return your item.
